What is the NorthKey Smart Lock?+
A smart fingerprint lever handle lock for exterior and interior doors — main entrances, bedrooms, home offices and apartments. It replaces fumbling for keys with fast, one-touch fingerprint access, while keeping the familiar feel of a classic door handle. It is not a deadbolt.
How does the Tuya Smart App work?+
Pair the lock with the Tuya Smart App over Bluetooth to unlock from your phone, manage users, review unlock records and receive low-battery alerts.
What batteries does it use? What if they run out?+
It runs on 4 × AAA batteries (not included). You'll receive a low-battery alert in the app before they run out, and a USB emergency power port lets you temporarily power the lock when the battery runs low.
How long does shipping take? Are there customs fees?+
Every order includes tracked shipping: Canada 15–21 business days, USA 12–18 business days. Duties are covered for Canadian orders — no customs fees at delivery; outside Canada, local duties may apply. Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return it.
